
Cancellation shall be done through mobile application or website.
Customer shall cancel the job request at least 2 hours before the scheduled job time. No cancellation fee will be charged.
If customer cancels the job within 2 hours, refund will not be provided for the payment made.
Continuous cancellations of job request or any malicious activities may attract suspension of services by Zimkey.
Customer will not be charged for cancellation if the service provider is running late by more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time. It is appreciated to consider the geographical factors such as traffic conditions, accessibility, and climate conditions before cancelling the request.
Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Zimkey reserves the right to cancel any job request at any point of time with due communication to customer and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
Cancelled job cannot be reinstated, however the same job can be booked again for a different date and time.
Service Provider shall not be allowed to cancel maximum 3 requests a month. More than 3 cancellations may attract penalty for inconvenience to customer as per the agreement with Zimkey.
Due to unforeseen circumstances if the service partner is unable to carry on the job, cancellation shall be done at least 3 hours prior to job status.
Service provider needs to provide the reason for cancelling job while reverting to Zimkey. These reasons will be saved in service provider's record for performance analysis.
